My career began in multifamily acquisitions, and while I explored management consulting, my accounting background and passion for real estate’s wealth-building potential and tax advantages ultimately drew me back. And I knew there was a better way to structure multifamily investments.
Corporate life taught me two lessons. First, I witnessed firsthand how easily incentives can become misaligned over time, often excluding important stakeholders. Second, the profound impact of an exceptional employee. One highly skilled and motivated individual could carry an entire team, driving results far beyond expectations. These lessons inspired me to build TableRock with a focus on both alignment and excellence. From day one, our goal has been to ensure that incentives are aligned for all stakeholders – our people, our investors, our partners, and the residents of our properties. We believe in a different approach, one that fosters shared success. And to achieve this, we've built a lean, incredibly strong team of best-in-class real estate professionals, that allows us to operate efficiently, keep fees low, and maximize returns for our investors.
